NYSOGA is offering individuals in the process of becoming a New York State Licensed Guide an opportunity to become an ACTIVE MEMBER at a prorated one time reduced rate. Applications will be accepted for a 6 month period running from July 1 through Dec. 31 at a rate of only $37.50.

Although our ACTIVE MEMBER status is strictly limited to persons holding a current License to Guide, this should allow ample time for your application to be processed and for you to receive your license from the DEC.

To begin the application process simply:

(1) Read the "CODE OF ETHICS" section on the provided sheet.
(2) Check the acceptance box below indicating your agreement to abide by this code.
(3) Complete this application form. Please be certain to sign and date your application.

Note: If for any reason you do not become a Licensed Guide or wish to withdraw your application, your dues payment will be gladly refunded.
