Our offerings include therapeutic day hikes and immersive Wild Resilience Backpacking Retreats—designed to foster strength, self-discovery, and renewal. Founded by Audrey Costa, a seasoned wellness professional with over 20 years of experience, Deep Rooted Wellness and Creatives is grounded in a compassionate, holistic approach. Audrey is a Certified Nature-Informed Therapist, holds a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Certified Personal Trainer, and a Nutrition Specialist. Her deep-rooted passion lies in helping women find their unique path to balance, vitality, and self-acceptance through nature-based practices, movement, and mindful connection.
