His heart behind founding his business, Outfitter Marketing Pros, was his desire to serve Outfitter owners in their journey to having a successful and thriving business. He works exclusively with Outfitter owners in developing and executing effective and intentional marketing strategies that drive awareness, generate leads and convert those leads into trip bookings.

In addition to being the Managing Principal of Cross Current Insurance Group, Rollin supports the insurance industry through serving on several advisory boards as well as two industry advocacy organizations and is a frequent speaker on industry-related topics.
Augusto Russell, CIC – Partner
Augusto is a Certified Insurance Counselor with over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Angela Ziogas – Guide Program Manager
Angela has been working in the insurance and financial services industry for over 6 years. Angela is also a Retirement Account Manager with The Schuster Group and holds her life insurance license.

The Future of the NYS Guides Licensing Program
Joseph Therrien
Current and aspiring guides are curious about current and possible changes within the guide licensing program, and of general licensing and land use regulations. Joe will present an overview of current and potential updates and will field questions from the audience.
Joe is the Unit Leader for the Special Licenses Unit, and the Guides License Program Administrator, through the NYSDEC Division of Fish and Wildlife. Joe is a wildlife biologist who attended SUNY Cobleskill.
